How the partner-country score works: the score ranks import/export partner countries from best to worst on a 0 to 100 scale.
Amount Spent: score = 100 x partner trade value / largest partner trade value.
CO₂ Emissions and Water Use: score = 100 x (0.6 x trade strength + 0.4 x lower impact per amount-spent efficiency).
Employment: score = 100 x (0.6 x trade strength + 0.4 x higher jobs per amount-spent efficiency).
Trade strength is the partner’s trade value relative to the largest partner. Efficiency compares indicator per amount spent across the visible partner-country set.
